Possible to add field for International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)?#57

Would it be possible to add an extra field close to the translation in case a user wants to also add the phonetic notation of words? Thank you!

We recommend adding pronunciation info to the comment field.
In Wokabulary 6, the comment field will also provide more space and allow for markdown formatting. (See #24 #26 )
