I need this too. For Russian I can’t go without having audio for something like learning the cyrillic alphabet

Even better if you had the option to record yourself speaking the word or phrase in addition to being able to upload audio file.

This is really cool. So I could let someone speak the word with proper pronounciation and save it? Amazing especially for languages like Thai or Chinese!

In Wokabulary 6, we have much improved the integration with the speech output systems of macOS and iOS and will keep expanding and refining that.
Apple currently provides high quality voices for 44 languages (including all mentioned here) and keeps expanding that.
While it might be useful for other, smaller languages, it is a relatively complex feature. At the moment we don’t plan to add custom audio attachments.
