Word level should drop to "New" after mistake in quiz#237

I hate the word level knowledge system.

PLEEEEASE make it possible that when you make a mistake the score goes down to zero/ new!!

sorry to hear that you are not happy with the handling of words in Wokabularys spaced repetition system. When you make a mistake in a word, it goes down in a level and will be asked in the next interval of that new level (you can read about that here: https://support.wokabulary.com/article/65-how-are-words-selected-for-the-quiz). Words from “Learned” or “Level 4” will fall down to level 2 when answered wrong. But they will of course fall further down, when you got them wrong again.
Currently we do not plan to change this system, but I’ll leave this suggestion open in case other users want to add their remarks as well.
