Don't ask in quiz#22

“Don’t ask in quiz” should be possible for all words, not just the highest level ones.

Just to better understand your use case: Can you give more detail on how you would use this feature? Should the word then be moved to the highest level as well?

When you add a word that you already know, you can also directly set its level to learnt and mark it as don’t-ask.

I’m archiving this because it is possible to mark any word as don’t-ask-again by setting its level and then the don’t-ask state.
