Optionally overwrite comments of existing words during import#202

When words are imported from CSV files, and some of these words already exist, they will be skipped in order to prevent duplicates.
For these words, comments are only taken from the import if the existing word does not have any comment.

Our user Konrad would like to have a checkbox in the impor dialog to force-overwrite any existing comments for the existing words.
