Allow to save new words by hitting enter#164

About:
User adds new words to his vocabulary.
He is able to use TAB key to switch between textfields.
After completing all of the fields he is not able to save world without mouse (clicking on ADD or ADD MORE button).

Proposal:

• ENTER should save the word (ADD BUTTON)
• ENTER+SHIFT should behave as ADD MORE

Thanks for your feedback.
We will see if we can add Shift+Enter as an alternative command to directly add a new word.

Please note that words are automatically saved while you edit.
If you want to keep your hands on the keyboard while adding multiple words, you can already directly create a new word using the cmd+N keyboard command.
